I cannot recommend Kai highly enough. He has done an excellent job selling our home, he also sold our last home and guided us through the whole process. He was professional and friendly. Our home was valued accurately, took fantastic photos and put together a clear and appealing listing of our home that got us interest right away. He kept us updated every step of the way and especially feedback after viewings. Nothing was too much trouble. He really does go above and beyond to get the job done. We would definitely recommend anyone buying or selling to contact Kai. Thanks to Kai for all his hard work and professionalism.

This is the 1st time I have ever sold a house.
As you can imagine, it’s definitely a stressful time indeed.
After having a visit from Graham Le Mar to my house for evaluation, and going through all my anxiety’s about how to approach the market - Graham put my anxiety's to rest.
I can say that the overall experience with KnightBain was excellent & handled professionally with Gragam.

Kai gave me an honest, realistic figure rather than inflating it to win my business, which I later learned is a tactic some agents use. It might sound appealing at first, but overpriced homes sit on the market and that serves nobody. His integrity there set the tone for everything that followed.
Viewings were handled brilliantly. Every single request was accommodated without hesitation, and Kai was always there early. He was friendly and patient throughout, and noticeably spent more time listening to us than talking at us, which is rarer than it should be.
He was also consistently professional in how he spoke about other agents and agencies, never a bad word, which I found quietly impressive.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Texts and calls were always answered quickly, and Kai kept me informed at every stage without me having to chase.

We used Knightbain to sell our home and received excellent service from Graham. His communication was always spot on- he always responded to any calls/ messages promptly and he was very professional and patient. Selling a home can be stressful but he did everything he could to ensure that everything went efficiently and smoothly. I would highly recommend Graham, even our little cat was a fan (and that’s no mean feat!).
